Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to major landmarks and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfortable, but could benefit from brighter lighting. The service was exceptional, with helpful and professional staff. The dining options are varied and offer something for everyone, but the view from the rooms could be improved.
The Sheraton is a solid choice with a few drawbacks. The rooms, though a bit dated, were clean and comfortable. The musty smell was a downside, but overall it was a pleasant stay. Service was good, with staff going the extra mile to assist. The location is convenient for sightseeing and dining options. The dining experience was above average but pricey for Vietnam standards. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I was fortunate to stay in a lovely corner room which offered breathtaking views, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by the wonderful staff member, Tuyen Thai. The room itself was exquisite, though not quite on par with the Sheraton in Danang. I found the space, water pressure, and lighting to be entirely satisfactory.
I had a stay at this hotel, and it was a mix of good and not-so-good aspects. The rooms are part of an ongoing update program with nice amenities like a comfy bed, large smart TV, and USB ports, though street noise can be disruptive. I got upgraded to the Grand Tower Suite, which was a pleasant surprise.
The Studio room was small but well-appointed and certainly big enough for two of us. The new carpeting in the room added a nice touch. However, the room size could be seen as small for a 5-star Sheraton. The hotel provided incredible service to us and other guests, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is very convenient to many sites and restaurants in Saigon. The dining options were various and delicious, but I was expecting more local Vietnamese cuisine. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything from room service to tours and ticket assistance.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were elegant and very comfortable, although there was a lingering smoke smell that was hard to get rid of. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, but I felt they could have been more creative in their service approach. The location was hands down perfect in Saigon, allowing easy exploration of the market, museums, and temples on foot. The dining experience was good, with a decent spread in the main restaurant. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives to consider.
